Year 8 HPV Catch Up Session

The School Aged Immunisation Team will return to the academy on the 18th June for a second HPV vaccination session for Year 8 students or those who have not yet had the HPV vaccine.

Please be reminded to complete the consent form to indicate whether or not you give consent for your child to have the HPV vaccine.

Vaccinations will ONLY be given to students whose parents/carers give explicit consent and only one session per student is needed but the team do need a yes or no answer for consent.
